Additionally, Malaysia arranges a variety of events in an effort to draw both domestic and foreign visitors from across the globe. In this regard, Malaysia's hospitality sector has emerged as one of the most competitive service sectors. Improving customer satisfaction in the hospitality sector is essential for offering value to patrons and strengthening hotels’ competitive advantages. Because of this, as the number of hotels in the nation rises, competition amongst those in the hospitality sector has grown fierce. There will be an increased number of options available to customers for their lodging. Due to the increasing number of guests and the heightened level of competition, hotels today face significant challenges. Thus, there is a need for more research to be done on the variables affecting customer satisfaction. Several factors were found in the study, including teamwork, employee commitment, organization service orientation, and service climate. This study is crucial because it offers a thorough framework that organizations and policy makers can use to support the hospitality sector.
