Challenges of the Financial Trilemma in the Field of Business Management in Georgia
摘要
One of the primary issues facing business management in contemporary Georgia is the financial trilemma, which restricts the actions that financial institutions, governments, and corporate representatives may take in an open economy. This is due to the fact that out of the three goals set by politicians, financiers and businessmen (financial stability; national control over the policy of financial guarantees; and freedom of capital mobility), only two goals can be achieved simultaneously: if Georgia becomes financially closed, it will regulate the activities of its banks and strengthen its financial stability in such a way that it will not even pay attention to foreign regulations, on the other hand, our country can entrust these regulations to global bodies. The article, analyzes the main challenges of managing the financial trilemma in modern Georgian business. The paper uses methods of analysis, synthesis, collection and grouping of materials to identify the problems of the contemporary financial trilemma, based on which Georgia's financial and business potential was identified and ways of its implementation were determined. The research identified factors hindering the resolution of Georgia's financial trilemma, the elimination of which will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of Georgian financial institutions and the productivity of companies. To address the challenges in the financial trilemma of modern Georgia and, consequently, in business management, we have developed recommendations, the consideration of which will significantly improve the management of the financial trilemma of modern Georgia.
