This study aimed to identify how new communication contributes to crisis management in the UAE, and to know the contribution of preparedness and response strategies to mitigate damage and the feedback mechanism in mitigating the crisis. The study used the analytical method Through review of relevant literature. The results showed that the responsibility of new communication and its various means are the most important means in the process of managing the crisis, containing it and influencing it in the UAE, and that serious and responsible new communication is one of the most influential factors, standards and tools in the efforts of government institutions and organizations to contain the crises they face and mitigate the effects that they can cause. Without that, new communication cannot be effective, and that new communication has contributed to a large extent in containing crises The future limitations of the effectiveness of new media in crisis management in the UAE were also discussed through applications and the best scientific methods to confront potential crises that may occur in the future, relying on modern technology techniques and digital communication methods that play an important role in dealing with the public in crises in UAE.
