The textile industry is a key pillar of international trade and operates in a rapid and constantly changing environment. These changes, driven by evolving consumer demands, technological advancement, require resilience, global economic fluctuations and excellence in supply chain management. This research article focuses on the concept of supply chain competence within the textile sector. This study addresses the complexities in supply chain network and it explores five core competencies: selection and qualification, procurement, storage and distribution, managerial expertise and organizational capabilities. The study utilizes a structured survey methods and the instrument are distributed randomly among 429 textile sectors. The research employs structural equation modeling to analyze the quantitative relationship between the five core competencies factor. The findings reveal that fostering strong supplier relationships, optimizing resource management, and building organizational capabilities are essential for addressing operational challenges and sustaining competitive advantage. This research contributes the valuable insights into the dynamics of evolving supply chain competence on textile sector.
