This chapter provides details on my journey in science and science education. It describes my motivations for my actions and my love for scienceLove for science, science teachingLove for teaching, and science education research. But hopefully it will help people to persevere in a world that was not designed for them to be successful. I believe I have been successful and made the world a better place so that other can be happy and triumph. I know that the war has not been won and there are more battles to be fought. However, I will not be fighting alone anymore. Others have joined the struggle.
