Enhancing the level of realization of ecological products value is an important factor in promoting rural economic development, improving the environment, and achieving the dual carbon strategy goal. Building an evaluation index system is crucial for enhancing the level of realization of ecological products value. Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the level of realization ecological products value from four aspects: carbon sink trading value, material products value, regulating service value, and cultural service value. It conducts empirical analysis using Xi'an City as an example and finally provides management suggestions for the government and enterprises. The research results show that the realization level of cultural service value and regulating service value of rural ecological products in Xi'an City is relatively high, while the realization level of material products value is at the medium level. The realization level of carbon sink trading value still needs to be improved.
