In the current research work a density-based clustering procedure OPTICS is investigated. The OPTICS algorithm is inspired from density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN). The Generalized Net Model of algorithm for ordering points to identify the clustering structure (OPTICS) is constructed. The presented GN model helps better understanding and monitoring of the clustering procedure.

摘要
