The aim of this paper is to introduce fuzzy metric on fuzzy sets in a way to be able to distinguish between two measurement results represented by those sets. This motivation is from measurement sciences and refers somehow to the work of Dubois and Prade and fuzzy order relation proposed in previous papers.
