The main focus of this chapter is to discuss different mechanisms and initiatives that can be used as avenues to enhance financial inclusion in the capital markets space, specifically for women and underserved communities. This chapter shows how various key strategies can empower women and underrepresented groups. Additionally, it also delivers practical insights that encourage gender equality by focusing on reducing current barriers. Several key solutions have been highlighted to promote diversity and financial inclusion in the workplace. The chapter has demonstrated that financial literacy must be promoted among marginalized groups. So that people are aware of investing, saving, and managing wealth. Moreover, diversity-based funds, favorable policy reforms, access to credit, and public–private partnerships to address systemic disparities are also needed. The chapter concludes with a plea for further research to measure the long-term effects of these approaches. These measures can be implemented specifically in digital finance and alternative credit models to refine and continually expand inclusive capital market practices worldwide.
