The paper finds a solution to the dimensional Korteweg-de Vries (KdF) equation for a channel with a circular cross-section. Soliton solutions are obtained. They describe pulse waves that arise during the operation of the cardiovascular system. The results of the solution simulate ordinary pulse waves that describe the operation of a healthy cardiac system without deviations. The asymptotics of the obtained solutions are studied considering real medical data.
