This chapter explores the potential of the ecomuseum model in enhancing community-based tourism and preserving Siwa’s cultural heritage amid climate change adaptation. Using qualitative research methods, it examines Siwa’s cultural resources, their historical development, and their role within the local community. The data collected were analyzed thematically to identify community perspectives on cultural heritage, sustainability, and economic opportunities. Findings indicate that ecomuseums can support regional business ownership, community engagement, and sustainable economic development. The study highlights potential synergies between ecomuseums and community-based tourism, emphasizing their role in enhancing visitor experiences, promoting environmental responsibility, and ensuring equitable benefit distribution. The chapter concludes with policy recommendations for integrating traditional ecological knowledge, sustainable resource management, and climate adaptation strategies into ecomuseum initiatives. It underscores the importance of stakeholder collaboration and community participation in developing a resilient and inclusive heritage tourism model.
