Tourism and hospitality have been widely studied. However, no previous research was performed to conduct a descriptive and systematic analysis of tourism and hospitality. This study conducts a comprehensive descriptive and systematic analysis to fill the gap in the literature. This study is designed to follow the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol to select and extract the relevant articles from the Scopus database. We analyzed 1247 documents that were published between 2012 and 2022. We systematically analyzed the selected documents relevant to these authors’ keywords. In addition, results indicate a growing number of publications over the years. Furthermore, keywords related to tourism and hospitality include “CSR” and “hotels and hotel industry.” As far as we know, this is the first descriptive and systematic analysis that provides insights into the current state of tourism and hospitality services, tourism and hospitality industry, tourism and climate change, online reviews, hotels and hotels industry, and CSR and offers directions for future research.
