Facial Fractures
摘要
The approach to the evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of facial fractures is reviewed. The key elements of the emergency department evaluation, which includes the ATLS primary and secondary survey in addition to a targeted craniofacial history and physical exam, are reviewed. Key presentation, clinical features, and management of fractures of the frontal bone, naso-orbito-ethmoid (NOE), zygoma, maxilla, orbit, mandible, and nasal bones are reviewed.
