Applying Quantitative Risk Analysis to IT Asset Assessment in F&B Investments: A Case Study of Coffee Shop XYZ
摘要
Currently, many companies have started investing in Information Technology tools to enhance operations and services. This includes numerous modern Coffee Shops that have also begun investing in IT. Similarly, Coffee Shop XYZ has invested in IT to support its operational activities. However, there are certain risks associated with IT investment. This study successfully utilized the Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) method to calculate potential risks. The results indicated a potential loss of 390% of the initial IT investment capital, amounting to IDR 284,026,145. The implications of this study suggest that Coffee Shop XYZ can develop and implement mitigation actions to minimize the potential for losses by applying SOPs, strategic actions at the top-level management, or monitoring applications. This enables Coffee Shop XYZ to monitor all threats and risks effectively.
