Impact of Transformational Leadership on Creativity Advocacy Behavior: Insights from Bahrain’s Public Sector

This research aims to identify the impact of transformational leadership (Idealized influence, inspiring encouragement, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration) on the creativity advocacy behavior at Customs Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Two hundred and fifty-nine employees were surveyed through a simple random sample method. The analysis is based on the outcomes of the questionnaire survey that was given out to a representative sample of the employees of Customs Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The researchers hypothesized that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on creativity advocacy behavior at Customs Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The findings revealed that this hypothesis was accepted. Moreover, the results indicated that there were no significant differences relating to the impact of transformational leadership with the dimensions in question on the creativity advocacy behavior at the application place in question due to the professional (gender, age, and position), while there were differences due to the professional (qualification and years of experience).
