Minimally Invasive Therapies for Gastrointestinal Sensory-Motor Disorders

This chapter addresses the potential of minimally invasive therapies (endoscopic, radiologic, nutritional, or surgical) that are used either alone or as adjuncts in special circumstances, particularly after pharmacologic therapies have not been completely effective in controlling symptoms and optimizing quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal sensory or motor dysfunction.
