Advancements in digital technology has portrayed its significance in various domains. Efficient alternatives are the preferrable choice over traditional paradigms. This study in its whole multitude proposes to inculcate the potential of digital infrastructure into social capital and environmental performance. The emphasis will be jointly on the umbrella of ESS (Environmental Social Sustenance). Statistical tools along with MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making), Fuzzy Logic and Likert scale uphold the front for data analysis in its entirety. Following it is the specific implementation of strategically chosen technologies such as AI and AR in general along with ERP in particular will be gauged for their usage to drive performance under stringent environmental regulation. Collaboration, cooperation and culture of trust are a necessity for digital sustenance and also for the reliability on the workforce perspective. Keeping this in mind initiatives for the upliftment of the work force with an accentuation for sustainability will be explored. Lastly the study will analyse the impact for the procedural analysis of implementation in dopamine driven social assessment and the way they can influence and stand on the concept of Putnam civic community.
