Analysis of Urban Development Projects Using Novel Idea of Complex Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Set
摘要
Analyzing urban development projects based on different aspects is challenging due to the integration of uncertain information. To cope with the uncertain information, this study develops the novel idea of the complex intuitionistic fuzzy rough set (CIFRS) by integrating the well-known framework intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and rough set (RS). Further, the developed CIFRS is utilized to formalize the family of aggregation operators (AOs), including complex intuitionistic fuzzy rough-weighted averaging (CIFRWA) and complex intuitionistic fuzzy rough-weighted geometric (CIFRWG) operators. Some fundamental properties of the developed AOs are investigated. Finally, a case study is discussed to analyze the urban development projects based on different aspects. The projects considered are analyzed based on key characteristics, including air quality, water quality, green space, and noise level. The developed framework, i.e., CIFRS, is utilized to model the uncertain information obtained from real-life scenarios using human opinion.
