AI-powered resources (Chatbots and ChatGPT) have significantly driven the attention of entrepreneurial practices to develop compatibility with recent advancements in product designing and market competitiveness. This study evaluates the perception of enterprises in using AI and ML to develop and market new products. Additionally, this study also explores the task-level agreements and disagreements of entrepreneurs with AI and the level of cognitive exhaustion in adapting to the AI-influenced advice. This study has been carried out by interviewing 22 start-up enterprise owners in Mexico engaged in applying AI technology and taking categorical entrepreneurial decisions. The analysis of this study has been found on convergence of the triadic cognitive theories comprising Theory of Learning by Doing, Theory of Cognitive Exhaustion, and Theory of Trust. The study revealed that the significance of AI in start-up enterprises and the market competitiveness despite the subjective differences, validation of information, accuracy, and measurability.
