AM and CM: Perspective
摘要
If an increase in geometrical complexity increases a machining problem, the cause of the increase in the machining problem can be ascribed to the geometry of a part. Thus, the increase in machining problems will help find a geometry that is complex. This is what the problem is. The problem is that it is the machining that decides which geometry is complex. If the geometry brings a problem for machining, the geometry is complex. Otherwise, it is not complex. This is what is seen from the perspective of machining. It is seen only from this perspective because the perspective of AM was not present until recently.
