In the previous chapters, the theoretical and empirical bases of the study were explicated. The present chapter deals with the methodological concerns and steps to obtain and analyze the data. The design of the study is first explained and the information about the participants and research context are described. Then, objectives and research questions are presented. Next, the instruments used to glean the needed data to fulfill the objectives of the study are elaborated upon. Afterward, the processes of gathering and analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data are explicated separately, and the stages of data transcription, coding, and thematic analysis are also described.
