Due to the increasing evolution of technologies and how they have been integrated into daily life, ICT technologies allow us to provide quality services that respond to the needs and demands of society with effective and modern solutions. Cities face various challenges in different areas with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens. Thus, the thermal Smart City emerges, where technology plays a fundamental role and allows efficient monitoring and providing optimal solutions to citizens’ problems. In the specific case of the city of Loja, it is in a development stage as it continues to implement and create means to collect information. In the case of mobility, there are applications such as Ktaxi, which provides the service and collects information about the routes and services provided by taxis. However, these data are not exploited, so in this work a series of supervised analyzers was developed, which classify the comments to know the user's perception. These results are represented in graphs, thus generating information consumption and comments for its users.

摘要
