This paper introduces the concept of Exams as a Service (EaaS), leveraging the synergies between ChatGPT, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud computing to automate and personalize the process of question generation and assessment. By integrating these technologies, the proposed system offers a scalable platform for educators to create customized exams, deliver real-time feedback, and dynamically adjust assessments to suit the needs of individual learners. This approach reduces the workload associated with traditional assessment methods and enhances the overall quality of education by providing adaptive, AI-driven learning experiences.
