Cancer is a common disease and affects most patients, early diagnosis and treatment help increase the chance of recovery. Mammography is one of the popular screening methods today, in the paper we propose a method to classify cancer on mammograms using fuzzy rules combined with deep learning models. Features from the machine learning model are considered and adjusted through the fuzzy inference system to achieve better classification efficiency. The results of the study achieved over 94.83% proving the effectiveness of the proposed method. These results provide a crucial foundation for our ongoing development of fuzzy learning techniques to classify and identify tumors in mammograms.
