摘要

Knowledge management (KM) is based on both an understanding of knowledge creation and knowledge implementation. Through philosophical frameworks humans are able to examine the underlying principles that guide how knowledge is created, shared, and utilized to promote sustainable practices. Utilitarianism focuses on actions that produce the greatest good for the greatest number. Deontology emphasizes on ensuring that (KM) knowledge management is aligned with moral obligations towards future generation and the environment. The following paper will highlight Constructivism as how (KM) Knowledge management works as co-creation; knowledge is based on social interactions and individual experience. Though this descriptive paper we wish to prove that sustainable development is possible when (KM) knowledge management is driven by philosophical frameworks and pragmatism. Emphasizing the practical consequences of ideas. This research paper explores the interplay between knowledge management and sustainability, viewed through the philosophical lens of utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics, constructivism, and epistemic justice. Integrating philosophical frameworks in (KM) knowledge management can create strategies that are ethically sound and can promote sustainable development. This paper will not only enhance organizational performance in particular but also contribute to broader societal and environmental goals as a whole.
