Financial inclusion, or equal access to financial services, is crucial to global economic progress. This extensive study examines how financial technology (fintech) advances this noble cause. The introduction sets the stage for our study of fintech’s transformational potential in financial inclusion. The literature study explains fintech’s history and complex relationship with financial inclusion. Our analysis is set against the backdrop of fintech technologies’ transformation of the financial services sector. The next part discusses fintech developments like mobile banking and blockchain and their substantial benefits in decreasing financial inclusion barriers. We examine how new technologies have increased financial access, especially for marginalized people. The authors also aim to identify and analyse financial exclusion barriers such as lack of financial services, literacy, and infrastructure impacting equal access for all. The study also explains how financial inclusion boosts economic growth, poverty alleviation, and social development beyond morality.
