Aim of this study is to focus on important factor that supports to adoption of Industry 5.0 for reducing climate risk. Industry 5.0, a technology-driven strategy, has raised concerns about social issues like resource waste and worker unemployment. The circular economy, which recycles waste back into production, is a key focus in sustainable development. Industry 5.0 offers technical solutions to support the circular economy, improving supply chain sustainability, transparency, waste management, and resource efficiency. This study selected ten critical base on previous literature review. Fuzzy ISM is used for data analysis. A strategic roadmap identifies ten major Industry 5.0 drivers, emphasising resilience, sustainability, and people orientation, to support climate risk reduction. The roadmap aims to create a sustainable supply chain network and fortify the enterprise ecosystem.
