Knowledge Governance
摘要
This chapter focuses on how knowledge governance, both formal and informal, affects knowledge sharing. Knowledge governance refers to a system within an organization that outlines both formally and informally how the organization oversees activities associated with knowledge. As a result, it plays a crucial role in facilitating knowledge sharing. The creation and sharing of knowledge become the core of the organization’s functioning. They have in common the fact that they cannot be imposed, but they are realized only if voluntary forms of cooperation are guaranteed. The knowledge thus acquired can be used as a real resource by the organization, which can reveal its potential only if properly managed and with a guarantee of its circulation.
