Analysis of the Features of the Development of Infrastructure Crowdfunding in the Russian Federation
摘要
Infrastructure crowdfunding refers to the process of raising capital from the general public for the purpose of financing various infrastructure projects. This process is facilitated through the use of specialized online platforms. This method of financing has become increasingly popular in recent years, driven by the global trend of digitalization in business and the need for infrastructure development in light of limited government budgets. It also presents an opportunity for the implementation of public-private partnership projects that combine the resources of government, private entities, and the public at large. The article discusses the regulatory aspects of crowdfunding platform regulation in Russia, as well as the tools used for implementing these platforms. Expanding the development of crowd-funding platforms for the eco-socialization of businesses is possible through the preparation of sustainable development reports by business entities on infrastructure projects. These reports contribute not only to minimizing environmental and social risks but also attract investments, as investors are increasingly paying attention to sustainable development and the corporate responsibility of businesses. Such reporting should be transparent, regular, and accessible to all stakeholders, including local communities, investors, partners, and government agencies. It should become the foundation for long-term relations with stakeholders based on transparency and responsibility, which in turn reduces potential risks associated with implementing infrastructure projects and enhances their investment attractiveness through the demonstration of an integrated approach to sustainable business development management.
