Infrastructure projects contribute to improving the quality of life of the population of our country and actively participate in the modernization of the economy, which ensures close interaction between the state and private business. Public-private partnership is a socially significant direction that ensures a close relation-ship between business and the state, which facilitates the implementation of large-scale, significant projects for the entire community. Legislative and legal barriers, differences in the goals of the state, emerging eco-social risks and the private sector in the implementation of PPP projects are important, which complicates the process of effective co-operation and determines the relevance of the research topic.
