Celestial mechanics applies classical mechanics, combining mathematics and physics to explain the motion of celestial bodies under various forces. One of the most renowned problems in this field is the n-body problem, which seeks to describe the motion of n bodies under their mutual gravitational attraction. In this work, we present a brief introduction to celestial mechanics and the n-body problem, along with some historical background and key results.
