The adequate and efficient use of resources, as well as the knowledge of instruments that promote a healthy built environment in Latin America, has been limited; the conception that social technology currently allows the development of inclusive socio-productive processes that adapt quickly to small scales. Understanding these problems and limitations in the region, detected in the research process, the idea arose to create a practical tool for the general population to have healthy homes. This research develops an affordable regional instrument for the Metropolitan Area of Queretaro in the state of Queretaro, Mexico, which takes up some aspects of international and national experiences available, in addition to considering direct categories essential to have a healthy habitat, thus allowing the evaluation of the negative impact of buildings on the health of the inhabitant, and based on the results, prevention, adaptation, and mitigation strategies are implemented at a local level, through a series of recommendations based on the analysis of the parameters established accordingly to the reference values complying with the regulations and recommendations; Implementing everything from an easy-to-use and affordable mobile application prioritizing the social aspect.
