This research aims to explore the impact of the alliance between organizational agility and AI on sustainable innovation in Moroccan companies that have adopted AI solutions and reorganized to become more agile. The study uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through a questionnaire conducted with 108 Moroccan companies that have made a digital transition and renewed their management and organizational methods. The results reveal that the alliance of organizational agility and artificial intelligence, promote sustainable innovation within companies. These methods, such as increased adoption of AI, greater flexibility in organizational processes, successful integration of AI and human skills and investment in AI, play a crucial role in sustainable innovation. By building on agile principles and leveraging digital tools, Moroccan companies can better meet the changing needs of their customers, encourage innovation, increase productivity, Promote an inclusive corporate culture and strengthen their resilience to change, Contribute to sustainable innovation. The practical implications of research provide relevant indicators for Moroccan business leaders to combine organizational agility with AI in order to ensure sustainable innovation within companies.
