AI-Driven Logistics: Reshaping Public Sector Management and Workforce Dynamics

Among essential element of the modern company is the logistics industry, which is gradually intensively garnered by artificial intelligence, mainly in the context of resource management in the public sector. This paper reviews and analyzes current efforts of incorporating AI into public logistics practices and its implications on managerial decisions, as well as the role of human beings in the growing automation environment. An explorative research design, both quantitative and qualitative data, was obtained from 100 employees working in three leading logistics firms—DHL, Aramex, FedEx—using survey questionnaires and multiple regression analysis data. The research outcomes highlight that AI improves competence and significantly modifies work paradigms and industry processes while addressing implementation costs. In conclusion, this article confirms that artificial intelligence can help increase process efficiency and promote sustainability. The paper presented in the results that the challenges which are associated with employment, human skills, and governance. There thus needs to be a careful integration of AI to ensure that it uniquely gives strengths without compound weaknesses in the public logistics.
