This study explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in crowdfunding and crowdsourcing platforms, and its impact on platform performance and industry trends. Using bibliometric analysis and co-occurrence techniques, we identify four prevailing thematic clusters: the use of AI and blockchain for education, urban planning, and jobs; AI-driven learning and knowledge management; the intersection of social media, data mining, and decision support; and the effect of collective intelligence on decision-making. Our findings indicate the way AI technologies enhance the performance of such platforms using optimization of resource use, personalization of user interfaces, and innovation. Our research fills a gap in literature by explaining the connection between AI, blockchain, and crowdsourcing. Our paper contributes to knowledge by exposing the potential for AI to revolutionize crowdfunding and crowdsourcing practically and for research purposes in the future.

摘要
