Supporting Stakeholder Management with Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models
摘要
Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into project management (PM) presents new opportunities for optimizing stakeholder management. This research-in-progress explores the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to stakeholder engagement tasks, addressing challenges inherent in managing the sentiments, expectations, and feedback of diverse project stakeholders. This ongoing research explores the application of NLP and LLMs within the stakeholder domain of PM. By enhancing communication, enabling proactive sentiment analysis, and automating feedback processing, these technologies pave the way for a more responsive and adaptive approach to stakeholder engagement. Through theoretical analysis and literature review, this study contributes to an evolving understanding of AI's transformative potential in PM, with implications for future empirical research.
