Several literature studies provide the background from which research objectives and hypotheses have been developed; thus, a total of 70 individuals participated in this study. The data show that out of the total sample, slightly more females are represented (55.7%) than males (44.3%). Also, 7 professionals were interviewed for the study. The data has been analyzed using SPSS software. Cronbach's Alpha has rated the three items in the measurement as very highly consistent. Increased levels of digitalization correlated with greater access to resources and efficiency in processes. Similarly, greater access to resources could correlate in some manner with process efficiencies. Digitalization has a t-value of 17.812 and a p-value of 0.000, which are highly significant. Hence, the relationship between digitalization and resources is statistically significant and unlikely to have happened by mere chance. Digitalization has a t-value of 11.058 and a p-value of 0.000, which are highly significant and imply that the relationship between digitalization and process is statistically significant. It is recommended that the organization conduct a detailed assessment and invest more in training to enrich the employees.
