This conceptual investigation examines to what degree support technologies based on AI can impact teachers’ emotional well-being, and, in turn, elicit positive emotions in instructional practice. Drawing upon Fredrickson’s Broaden-and-Build Theory, this paper suggests a conceptual research design for 40 teachers in a school tasked with developing content. Participants will be segregated into two categories; one segment will make use of computer-based support, and another segment of participants won’t have technology at all. Emotional impact—gratitude, joy, and pride—are seen as key to psychological advantages triggered by intelligent support. Currently, we have no data, yet this suggested research lays the ground for future research on the emotional consequences of AI implementation in schools.

摘要
