In this chapter, I describe two cases of paraphrenia (case number 1 and case number 2). I have included cases of paraphrenia because there is delay in the referral to a specialist in spite of services like police, social services and General Practitioners being involved for sometimes as long as 6 months. I have provided information regarding classification of paranoid states. I have included a case of tardive dyskinesia, a case of acute dystonia and a case of akathisia.
