Analysis the Impact of Intelligent Heart Sound Detection Systems for Heart Valve Failure Disease

The leading cause of death worldwide is several diseases, one of which is heart disease that stops functioning. How to make this disease easily recognized every day is a question for many people, therefore with AI this disease can be identified directly and quickly by a digital stethoscope that can identify various sounds produced by human heart activity. Other heart diseases in the medical world can be known as cardiovascular disease or called (CVD). This disease is known by researchers in the world as the leading cause of death in the world, therefore a tool is needed that can detect it easily and on time. So that they get first aid easily and can provide more complete data so that doctors can provide better treatment to their patients. In 2015 there were 31% of deaths in the world caused by CVD, a total of 17.7 million people died from heart disease which is very difficult to detect independently. Artificial intelligence or AI will be very influential in the future. AI that can recognize disease patterns and disorders from large amounts of clinical data. This study uses quantitative methodology in qualitative where researchers use smartpls for quantitative and use the scopus database to view previous journals related to this study. Based on the findings that researchers have done, this study has an impact and is reliable to be implemented. Proven by the results of positive smarpls and several journals have been discussed regarding the benefits of this technology in several countries.
