This paper examines the application of the Weighted Least Squares (WLS) method for State Estimation (SE) in radial distribution medium voltage (MV) feeder. Using one feeder of a real distribution network (DN) equipped with multiple Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), the analysis investigates the impact of various factors on SE performance. Investigated factors include the num-ber of RTU measurements, measurement and load uncertainty, each subject-ed to simulation variations. Evaluation of the method's performance is con-ducted by comparing estimated values with load flow results.
