Voltage Management in the Public Distribution Grid with a Comprehensive FLT Model

Efficient voltage management is imperative for ensuring the stability and reliability of public distribution grids, especially with the escalating integration of renewable energy sources. This study examines the role of comprehensive Fault Location and Tolerance (FLT) models in addressing voltage management challenges. Drawing upon literature highlighting the importance of renewable energy integration and standards such as MSZ 447:2019, this research explores methodologies employed for grid stability evaluation, including voltage flicker analysis and voltage imbalance assessment. The findings underscore the complexity of voltage management in the context of renewable energy integration and highlight the promising role of advanced FLT models in enhancing grid stability. This study advocates for further research to refine these models and integrate them into distribution grid management practices.
