The framework integrates established principles of AI ethics, and it systematically examines policy and regulatory considerations crucial to fostering responsible AI practices in clinical and administrative settings. By analyzing current regulatory landscapes and best practices, the study identifies significant gaps where ethical oversight may be lacking, potentially compromising both patient safety and public trust. The paper offers strategic recommendations to reinforce governance structures and embed ethical considerations throughout the entire lifecycle of AI applications—from design and development through deployment and post-market surveillance.
