The use of green coagulants from plants has increased in recent decades; they are preferred over chemical coagulants as they do not have the same effects as the chemicals used in coagulation. In this study, Moringa oleifera seeds (MOSs) were used as a coagulant to remove the turbidity from synthetic water (with turbidity of 500 NTU) at different doses of (1, 5, and10 g) and different pH values (4,10). The retention time was 1 hour at a room temperature of 25 °C and samples were taken every 10 minutes. The results showed that higher values of acidity were associated with increased removal of turbidity; further, increased doses of MOSs were associated with higher efficiency of turbidity removal.
