The northern coast of East Java encompasses the coastal areas of Tuban, Gresik, Lamongan, Surabaya, Pasuruan, Probolinggo and Situbondo Regencies, which are densely populated and highly vulnerable to climate change. This study aims to analyse changes in the coastline within the coastal areas of Lamongan and Gresik Regencies. The research utilises Landsat Satellite Imagery from 1995, 2005, 2015 and 2021. The coastline was extracted through on-screen digitization, and the changes were analysed using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System. The results indicate that, according to Net Shoreline Movement calculations, the highest sedimentation occurs in Sukomulyo Village, with a maximum value of 1554.17 m/year, while the highest erosion is observed in Roomo Village, with a minimum value of −1798.64 m/year. Based on the End Point Rate calculation, the highest sedimentation is also in Sukomulyo Village, with a maximum value of 259.03 m/year, whereas the highest erosion is recorded in Manjarsidomukti Village, with a minimum value of −268.97 m/year. Meanwhile, according to the Linear Regression Rate values, the highest sedimentation is found in Pangkahwetan Village, with a maximum value of 89.24 m/year, while the highest erosion occurs in Tambak Village, with a minimum value of −108.42 m/year.
