ECG 6
摘要
A 39-year-old male patient presents to the Cardiology Department for repeated episodes of palpitations occurring several times per week, which had appeared several weeks prior. There was no associated syncope or chest pain. He had undergone a thorough cardiovascular examination with a 12-lead ECG, TTE, a 24-h Holter ECG monitoring, and cardiac MRI. Based on the results of these investigations, the implantation of an ICD was suggested. An ECG recorded during an episode of palpitations is presented in Fig. 1.
