A 77-year-old male patient with no significant past medical history is admitted to the Cardiology Department for an episode of palpitations with a sudden onset and regular rhythm, accompanied by pre-syncope, dyspnea, lightheadedness, and chest pain that had started 45 min prior to his presentation to the hospital. His ECG recorded at admittance to the Cardiology Department is presented in Fig. 1.
