A 54-year-old female patient presented to the Emergency Department with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction of the inferior LV wall. While in the Emergency Department, she presented an episode of cardiac arrest due to ventricular fibrillation. She was treated with defibrillation. She was transfered to the Cardiology Department for urgent coronary angiography. While in the Cardiology Department, before her transfer to the Catheterization Laboratory, she presented another episode of palpitations, and the ECG in Figure 1 was recorded.
