A 67-year-old female patient with a history of active smoking (50 pack-years), dyslipidemia, and COPD is admitted to the Cardiology Department for an episode of chest pain with irradiation to the upper posterior thorax that had been present for the past 16 h prior to her presentation to the hospital. At home, she was taking Rosuvastatin and a combination of Salmeterol and Fluticasone for her COPD. Her ECG recorded at admittance to the Cardiology Department is presented in Fig. 1.
