摘要
A 57-year-old male patient with a history of arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia is admitted to the Cardiology Department for three episodes of palpitations accompanied by dyspnea, anxiety, and lightheadedness that had occurred during the past 48 h prior to his presentation to the hospital. His ECG recorded during the third episode of palpitations by the Mobile Emergency Medical Team is presented in Fig. 1.
